Ok, so apparently the winner of the Massachussets mega millions lottery bought the ticket in Ocean City, New Jersey.

Massachusetts Lottery Mega Millions winner stands to earn about $8.1 million a year, before taxes, for the next 26 years as an annuity.
In contrast, the cash option is worth about $137 million after taxes.
